Top list and web thumbnails

I'd like to suggest having web thumbnails of the top most clicked links and the 
ability to frame content and add title, description and meta tags so that the 
URL's could be indexed by the search engines when linking to a website that 
does not have any search engine optimisation. 

I'm looking for a script that I can use with a flash flip book site. I want 
users to be able to make short links to their flip books and showcase their 
books in a gallery by showing a thumbnail image of their page.

Work is in progress on version 3, which will have a stats page and thumbnail 
for each individual URL.
