Hi @yogesh-hub , I recommend you open a separate Issue for that question. The library mostly allows to read the data from the omf or ovf files and you can calculate any property with this data, such as the sk position or Hopfion number. I haven't added them to the code but might be interesting to add them in the future, do you have any references describing the algorithms to compute them?

I don't remember the name of this specific paper (i just took a ss for calculation long time ago) but i found this on net. Name: "Binding a hopfion in a chiral magnet nanodisk" DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevB.98.174437

can we track the position of skyrmion with time by through these codes? How we calculate the hopfion number.?
