Add molding to the floor.
Try to align the vision of the project. Use references images to get the best feel for the room.
Feels very mechanical, in terms of it being too symmetrical (Windows are too spaced out). try to make it feel less stiff.
Adjusting the floor plan (the highest scope, would require rebuilding a lot of things)
Try to offset the windows, adjust the space
Windows may be too clustered together

The color harmony is good.
For the exterior, using the landscaping tool and getting rid of the tiling issues in the grass.
Focus more on the 3d objects stuff rather than textures/lighting first.
A mood board for the exterior about what it will look like, will drive decisions about the skybox.
The ground should be darker than the sky. Try to have reference shots.
