The refactoring to R6 classes (Issue #25 ) has broken the method for saving reconstruction data. This is in any case a problematic issue, as with large images it leads to huge files. A rethink of this mechanism is needed. For now, the retistruct.save.recdata() and retistruct.read.recdata() functions remain, but are unused by the GUI. The "Save" button in the GUI just saves the markup.
