ViT pretraining of histology images #4

Really nice work! I have questions about the pretraining of ViT. The paper mentions that the ViT is pretrained on publicly available histology datasets through SSL. I am wondering where I can find the codes for this part. Will you open sourcing this portion of the code and data？

Hi @xwanaf,

Thank you for your interest in iStar. We used the checkpoints provided by HIPT, since they already work pretty well in our experiments. You could contact the authors of HIPT to request the codes for training.
