Update to Chapter 12 - anova.Rmd #89

Indexing for ANOVA decomposition (SST, SSB, SSW) listed the origin of the subscript as i=i instead of i=1 in all three cases.

@coatless Is there some way I can just accept and merge your changes? Also, I just realized this is still triggering Travis via .org, not .com. What do I need to change to switch that over?

Thought, might be better to switch deploys over to GitHub Actions as that removes the 45 min timeout. (~ 72 hours per workflow)
