change narrative to match seq example #91

correct "increasing by 1 at a time" to "increasing by 0.1 at a time" to match example.

Two quick comments:

  1. I think that's just a bad sentence I need to re-work. The original sentence is technically correct, but it's poorly written and easy to misinterpret.
  2. Something is breaking in the CI build.

I'll take a closer look at this weekend.
