Section with examples of (training) bias #41

Hi, I have several examples of algorithms running in the wild with bias. Those bias usually affect minorities and no one care about them, in fact the algorithms reached production. Do you think I should add those examples? I added a couple but I think I can collect more.

Merge it if you think this info fits, otherwise i can create my own list. @daviddao

These are two really horrible examples, especially the twitter one! I wouldn't create a new category called bias but rather would include it into the discrimination section (as this is the actual societal issue). Would you like to move it to the bottom of the section?

Ok Ill add them to the correct section, and ill add the other examples that I have in mind and ill push again so that you can review and merge .
