🎭 What We're Looking For

We're seeking nominations for the most questionable, eyebrow-raising, "who thought this was a good idea?" AI applications/developments of 2024. You know, those special projects that make even GPT models go "yikes."

Nomination Categories:

🚨 Most Ethically Questionable AI Implementation
💸 Most Unnecessary Use of AI in a Product
🤦 "AI Fixes Everything" Award for Most Outrageous Claims
🎭 Best Performance in "AI Washing" a Regular Product
🌋 Biggest AI Disaster that We All Saw Coming

📝 How to Submit

Please include:

Name of the AI application/project/disaster
Link to relevant documentation/news (if it hasn't been memory-holed yet)
A brief explanation of why it deserves this dubious honor
Your preferred coping mechanism after learning about it

⚠️ Requirements

Must have occurred in 2024
Must be verifiable (screenshots of deleted tweets count)
Must make at least three ethics boards collectively facepalm
Should inspire both laughter and existential dread

🏆 Prize

The winner will receive:

Eternal infamy in the AI Hall of Shame (aka Awful AI Award 2024)
