As of today, we're going to start abiding by the following rules:
Minor versions: (e.g. 0.3) will be released when a new service or new, non-BC-breaking feature is added.
Patch-level versions: (e.g. 0.3.1) will be released when a bug is fixed or service is updated.
Major versions (e.g. 1.0) will contain breaking changes.
