Make settings hideable #82

When on a mobile device, with limited screen real estate, the big bulk of the screen is taken up by the "settings" bar at the bottom: screenshot_2013-10-08-15-57-01 screenshot_2013-10-08-15-57-15 I think it would be a good idea to make this bar hide-able, maybe with a functionality like the "Channels" bar, creating a new small bar at the bottom, next to "Channels", that says "Settings" and that pops up when clicked.

Ouch indeed. There really should be an option for this! Hadn't even tested on mobile much.
