Thanks for the addition. Just wondering did you get an internet speedtest report on this place ??

We have 10G from 2 providers (Elisa and EENET), we can achieve the speeds, though not on WiFi.

I will approve this addition. If you later add an speedtest.net image showing the achieved speeds, I will accept it too,
