Create LICENSE #18

I was looking at the project as a possible solution for a small problem of mine, and I noticed that it lacks a license file. The package.json defines the project as MIT licensed but that was the default in the past, so it just might have been left forgotten.

Either way, if you agree with the MIT license, great, otherwise this serves as a reminder/proposal for a license at your choosing.

I'm not familiar how thesis/university projects work when it comes to licenses, so this might also result in a license file stating that all rights are reserved to the university/personel. Either way, I think that it's good to be explicit. ;)

sweet, thank you @Couto, that was totally me forgetting to add one. :)

And you are right, Uni rules can be a pain, but I remembered to make it very clear on the project that everything would be open source, so we are all good :)
