User activation from the backend panel #140

Describe the bug When an administrator activate a user changing the status in the from the user edit view, the user doesn't receive the confirmation of the activation.

Expected behavior The user receive the email with the confirmation.

I've added to the user index view an [enable] button that appear just when the user account is disabled. When pressed it activate the user and send the activation email.
