Change captcha for the user registration #206

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In China I guess that Google Re-captcha doesn't work since Google is blocked, so I guess that the users can't subscribe since the user registration form uses Google Recaptcha.

Describe the solution you'd like To use a captcha sum as we are already using in the Event:

Report misuse form
Write to organizer form
