Allow admin to reply to the author of the Misuse Report #254

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a user fills the report misuse form can't insert his/her email. So when the admin receives the email can't reply to the user if is needed.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a form field that allows the user to specify the email. Then when the admin clicks on reply the reply has the user email.
