Refactor the entire code

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I wrote the calendar when I started to study Laravel.
After 2 years I learned a lot, and I would love to refactor a big part of the code to make it more functional, maintainable and easy to understand.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Move back the content of the package https://github.com/davide-casiraghi/laravel-events-calendar into the website. (this because make it easy to contribute to the project)
• Simplify all the controllers using a Repository pattern. This means that the code in the controllers will be minimal and the rest shifted in app/Services and app/Repositories.
• Rewrite all the permissions using https://spatie.be/docs/laravel-permission/v3/introduction
• Rewrite all the statuses using https://github.com/spatie/laravel-model-status
• Update to the last version of https://github.com/spatie/laravel-translatable
