wpdb locations table: add new modify existing delete existing update WooCommerce products

The page can now add new locations, edit the names of existing locations as well as find all the WC products that are linked to that location and allow the editing of the product details so name changes / corrections can be carried out quickly and reliably.

Just need to code the delete function now
