Remove canvas fallback #272

Have tested in latest chrome and firefox. Currently downloading windows machines to test in IE 10 and 11 which is the only place I think this will really matter.

Right, tested in IE 10, IE 11, chrome and firefox.

IE 10 shows a no webgl message, all the others seem to work fine. IE 11 had a low framerate, but I suspect that was down to it being in a virtual machine. This is ready to merge from my point of view
