V2 Language improvements #295

This pull request fixes and adds things for lclang v2

fixes if/else parsing
adds inline if else blocks
adds array creation and deindexing
adds some more general tests for the parser

What is there that the v2 language is missing still?

so seeing as this doesn't break anything and is just explicitly adding functionality to lclang v2 I'm going to go ahead and merge it. Can discuss further language stuff later
