Automatically add a "until pressed" dummy lap at the end #15

Sometimes one does not want to stop at the end of a run, and it would be nice if RunnerUp would figure that out and continue tracking, instead of stopping just because the "allotted" time (or distance) is over.

This is related to #14 and could probably share some code with it
