Docs for http://api.kde.org/ecm/module/ECMQtDeclareLoggingCategory.html say added in 5.14

Yep, I have just checked build at Launchpad and the package with this patch is FTBFS: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/223238714/buildlog_ubuntu-vivid-amd64.xembed-sni-proxy_0~git20151027-b7c1f8d-0ppa1~vivid1_BUILDING.txt.gz

It's a pity. There are o lot of KDE Plasma 5 users with Kubuntu 15.04...
