chore: update all dependencies

The current dependency tree contains some seriously outdated dependency chains, for example:

• live-plugin-manager@0.19.0
  • node-fetch@2.6.6 (three years old)
    • whatwg-url@5.0.0 (seven years old)
    • tr46@0.0.3 (eight years old)

Of course downstream packages can upgrade these, but I think it's good to have a sane default here.
