Ardesia 1.0 does not save iwb correctly #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Ardesia
2. Write
3. Exit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Have the saved project in iwb

The 0.9 is not affect by this issue

This bad behaviour is born in the revision 1569 that solved the issue 21, then 
if we apply this fix I'll must reopen the issue 21. 
In any case to solve this issue you can add in ANNOTATE_MOUSE_EVENT in the file 
annotation_window.h the GDK_BUTTON_RELEASE_MASK event

There are detected some problem grabbing mouse events on windows. I fix will 
release as soon as possible
