Can't checkout the google app engine launcher for linux #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. typed $ svn checkout 
http://google-appengine-wx-launcher.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ 
google-appengine-wx-launcher-read-only

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It was supposed to download the folder, isntead i got this:

svn: E175002: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 
'http://google-appengine-wx-launcher.googlecode.com/svn/trunk'
svn: E175002: Server sent unexpected return value (400 Bad Request) in response 
to OPTIONS request for 
'http://google-appengine-wx-launcher.googlecode.com/svn/trunk'

By the way, my internet is working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 13.04
