Support multiple Google accounts #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a App Engine project.
2. HIt the Deploy button in the toolbar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be convenient if there would be a pop-up button for toggling between 
different Google accounts instead of typing in the credentials manually each 
time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X 10.7

Please provide any additional information below.
I would love to submit a patch if the latest source code was in the repository.

I agree that this is needed badly, especially if you're using two-factor 
authentication. Google's generation of one-time use passwords is especially 
problematic here, because you basically have to discard the single-application 
password every single time that you want to switch between accounts just to 
deploy different projects.
