duplicated entry in two different RefOGs #1

Hi everyone,

I have observed that one Drosophila melanogaster gene is present in two orthogroups:

(base) [orthobench-tests]: grep FBpp0309618 RefOGs/*txt
RefOGs/RefOG021.txt:FBpp0309618
RefOGs/RefOG068.txt:FBpp0309618

I may be missing something but I'm quite sure this is unintentional, because the benchmark.py script raises an error when this happens (here).

Thanks for this great resource.

Best regards,

I am also using this gene list now. I searched for FBpp0309618 on the Internet and I think it should belong to RefOG68 (Pecanex). RefOG21 (Filaggrins) seems to be non-existent in insects?

By the way, I think the line 140 you are referring to is about checking predicted orthogroups, not RefOG itself. So there is no error in practice.
