ERROR: Species tree inference failed #840

When I execute the orthofinder-2.5.5 program,en error was occured. And the outputs are list below, how can i deal with it. anyone can give me a help please?

I met the same problem.

Same problem also. I am running a mixed set of complete and incomplete proteomes of viruses and finding I can only get species tree inference to work by excluding the smaller proteomes. I am wondering if there is a work around for this?

Same problem when using the command on ExampleData: $ orthofinder -M msa -T iqtree -f ExampleData/
