The txt file has more orthogroups that the csv file (there are more in the former). Is there a reason for this? I checked the orthogroup gene count file and it matches the counts in the csv file.
i reviewed the two files and realized that the txt one has the singletons (i.e. unassigned genes), which i figured can't be considered orthogroups. though each one is given their own orthogroup ID.
