Revert back to ionic 7.5.8 - UI bugs need to be fixed with 7.6.0 #114

Ionic 7.6.0 introduced multiple bugs in this app around wrapping and interfere with current CSS display of items on the items page. Will need to do some refactoring unless these are really bugs in 7.6.0 (unlikely)
