RH Minchah to be relocated #83

Alternative Torah and haftarah selections that currently appear at the end of the Morning file must be transferred to the end of Volume 1. Alternatively, Minchah must be inserted into the Morning Service, which would probably be easier. (The page x-refs have already been fixed.)

The alternative section is 12 pages long; it will start on page 328. Page 302 will be blank; then Minchah will start on page 303.
