can't able to see a repository when user Pushing into it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Repository not showing in list while pushing data from client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Respectively repo not showing in list 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gitblit 1.5.1

Can you provide more details about the repository?  Is it a new repository 
(i.e. empty)?  Is the repository visible to any user or just not to some users?

Here below attached some more details

Is it a new repository ?
No,it is used by developers/

Is the repository visible to any user or just not to some users?
Only problem is that can't able to see that particular repository from
console after doing with commit by using git-bash tool.

Later it comes to visible once restart the server.

I will not be releasing another maintenance build before 1.6.0.  You can either 
wait for 1.6.0 (mid-to-late June) or you can build from master which is 
1.5.1+fixes.
