Active repositories list not working on Nexus 7 (and potentially other Android devices) #445

Visiting https://dev.gitblit.com/ from my Nexus 7 device doesn't show any 
active repositories, but shows HTML template code ({{item.p}}{{item.n}}).

This happens in the snapshot version of 1.6.0; I'm not sure about other 
versions.

This happens in both Firefox and Chrome in their respective last versions.

This is reproducible on desktop browsers as well using tablet dimensions.  
flotr2 (charting library) dislikes rendering into hidden devs.  Fix en route.

Fix has been pushed to master && release-v1.6.0.  My dev site has been updated 
to the current release-v1.6.0 tip.  Works on Android again.
