Bad Requests that throw an exception

Description:
    Error pages show sensitive information about failure including a partial stack trace.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Open a web browser
2.  Login to GitBlit
3.  Paste one of the following url into gitblit (filling in the server info):
    https://<server>/graph/
    https://<server>/graph/badfile
    https://<server>/feed/
    https://<server>/zip/   
Expected Output:
    A clean error message indicating a bad request.
Actual Output:
    An exception with a stack trace
Environment:
    Gitblit Version 1.6.0 running on rhel 6 / tomcat 7 / apache httpd 2.2 with proxy ajp
