Internal error on repository with no master branch #510

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to repository page, this repo has no master branch pushed yet
2.Click on commit link, to see commit details
3.Get a internal error message

I attach error logs, from Gitblit 1.6.0, but I can't say if this error exists 
or not before upgrade.

Not a huge error, cause It's not normal for a repo to not have a branch master 
but it can happen sometimes.

Issue can be fixed by pushing a 'master' branch

Can you post the complete stacktrace?  It's clipped right the important part.

It's the complete stacktrace, I was surprised to when I see the 
NullPointerException, but there is nothing after this line.

There are some changes in 1.6.1-SNAPSHOT that may already address this issue, 
but I'm not 100% sure on that.

I can't reproduce this and the clipped NPE is odd. Perhaps you'll have better 
luck with 1.6.1-SNAPSHOT.
