Delete repositoy button should not be next to save and cancel buttons #561

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to repository edit page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Delete button would make more sense being located on the miscellaneous tab 
instead of the bottom of edit page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.2

The button has been relocated.
