Maven is not pulling gitblit jar from http://gitblit.github.io/gitblit-maven/ #565

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add the repository in maven pom file
2.Add Gitblit 1.6.2 dependency

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Jar should be pulled. Instead, it is not even downloading the jar

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Maven 3.2.5

Please provide any additional information below.
It was working fine 2 weeks back. But, suddenly it stopped working.

The repo hasn't changed and the artifacts are still there.  I advise looking at 
your own settings and pc.
