Custom email subject #575

Hello James,

the ticket service is very well, but it will be pleasant if you add a custom 
prefix to the email subject.
It will be nice to create rules for the email client and filter them to the 
right directory.

Example:

config file
email.prefix_subject = “[My custom prefix]”

subject structure
Re: email.prefix_subject  ticket.repository ticket.title (#ticket.number)
