Query in GSSDAOBean.getSharedFilesNotInSharedFolders takes too long for users with thousands of files #124

This results in long execution times for requests about shared folders leading 
to 502 Bad Gateway result from apache. This happens when the user has thousands 
of files even though none of them is shared
