Error when user tries updating profile

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.User enters their Username, then password
2. Selects update profile, the email address in active Directory occurs
3. the users then decides to change that email to a new one that they want to 
used
4.  Enter new email, select update, then confirm
5.  error occurs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I was expecting update succesully instead I got the following error
Unexpected error. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your helpdesk.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.70

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Windows 2003 server
