Helpdesk Modul - Violates Password Policy incorrect information

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apply password to user including disallowed character.
2. Use Helpdesk Modul and search user.
3. Tab Status shows Violates Password Policy = False
4. Trying to apply password including disallowed character within PWM is not 
possible. This lets me guess password is correctly validated and password 
policy works.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Violates Password Policy should display True

What version of PWM are you using?
v1.7.0 b1228 (Release)

What ldap directory and version are you using?
eDirectory 8.8 SP 5

Password policy validity cannot be determined by helpdesk actor, since it 
requires knowing the password.  Removed validity field from helpdesk detail 
screen.
