Cascading Drop Down Lists in Update Profile

Enhancement Request:

Would be nice to have the ability to use Cascading drop down lists in Update 
Profile. For example (I'm from Canada):

Province: [select your province]
City: [field populated with cities only for above province]
Street: [field populate with street names only for above city]
etc.

This is somewhat possible by adding custom javascript code, but otherwise will 
not be added as a feature.  If you need that level of complexity its not going 
to come from a password self service app.

How about implementing something like Chosen 
(http://harvesthq.github.io/chosen/) for select lists? This would make finding 
items in longs lists much more users friendly.

If that's not possible either, I'll drop the whole issue. Thanks!
