Different OU problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I could not able to login as a domain user from PWM application
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I could not able to login as a domain user but admin user i can able to login.

What version of PWM are you using?
pwm 1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?
windows server 2012 r2 

Please paste any error log messages below:
The usename and password is not valid. [ldap error code 49 80090308 
LdapErr:DSID-0C0903C5 comment Accept security content error data 52e v2580.
