This block is for setting up the Pi to use a static IP

@garettmd Can I just check that this block is complete? The code looks complete - but the "first commit for" part of the title slightly counters that.

@davidferguson definitely. I just hadn't had the code committed before finishing the script. But please take a look yourself to make sure it's working
