Static IP #69

Allows user to set a Static IP. Reboot may be required if network connection is established prior to running the script.

I've worked on a similar (and now outdated) block for myself, but in the new Raspbian release, "stretch", the Ethernet interface is not called "eth0" anymore. Do you have any solution?

I've gotten distracted for quite some time. I'm going to start looking into this again.
