My only suggestion is to try downloading again. I'm guessing that because PiBakery was featured on Hackaday, there has been an increase in downloads, and GitHub is restricting access to the files, which is something that I can't control. I used to host the files myself, but this because way too expensive really fast, and GitHub was the only place I found that could accept files that big.
