First step to resizable #10

There are still some odd behaviors while sizing, and it would be nice to save the position/size on close.

But it's a step in the right direction!

Glad to help! I found an electron ?plugin? that makes it easy to save/restore window positions ... https://github.com/mawie81/electron-window-state
