[x] pytoolbox register NullHandler to prevent logging to stderr (super cool behavior)
[x] subprocess.cmd -> regsiter log to pytoolbox.subprocess.cmd.(binary_name) instead of asking log? Or by default
[x] Validate deprecated decorator works as expected
[x] Test logging feature (ensure no leak of info, especially subprocess.cmd
