Add name for externalised files #17

Use the document name for \tikzsetnextfilename, prefixed by ‘externalized-‘ Provides recognisable filenames for externalised files. Requires \usetikzlibrary{external}. Add \tikzexternalize to the preamble to externalise the images.

note; Using \tikzexternalize also requires -shell-escape in the pdflatex/latexmk command.
