if ChartSize set to Small then ChartTimeSpan defaults to 1 day #15

When I set the ChartSize to Medium or Large, them ChartTimeSpan works fine, 
displaying whatever is selected.

However, when ChartSize is set to Small, then no matter what the ChartTimeSpan 
is set to, it defaults to 1 day.

Is this by design?

Yahoo! changed its complete server structure (I guess the reason is the 
cooperation with Microsoft). So, I need to rework the complete ChartDownload 
class because also the other features like culture don't funtion anymore.
Also I think Yahoo! don't support the small images anymore. Instead they 
introduced a new feature. Now it's possible to resize the image by an 
individual width and height (300x180 is default at summary page of stocks).
